31 scholarship: include travel expenses, insurance, visa, pick-up service to and from the airport and accommodation at facilities in the host countries.
21 scholarship: include insurance, visa, pick-up service to and from the airport and accommodation at facilities in host countries, excluding air ticket costs.

Among the dirt roads and always uphill of La Paz, I found the deepest motivations that pushed me to undertake my university career and I discovered in myself resources that I did not know I had
