"The encounter-clash was fundamental for me, to appreciate the richness that two different cultures such as the Italian and the Cameroonian ones have to give to each other. This experience helped me understand how wrong it is to think you can generalize when it comes to Africa. It was important to go 'on the field' and the simple study can never satisfy and will never be able to prepare completely to all this."

Giulia Cegani, Charity volunteer in Cameroon, 2015
