The teacher-magister and the challenge of new technologies

On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, starting at 5 p.m., the webinar will be held to present the 2^ edition of the training course "(Re)building the house. The words of the social doctrine to inhabit the school, the city and the planet", addressed to secondary school teachers, pastoral workers and educators. To participate in the meeting it is necessary to register at this link. 

The meeting will open with a lectio by Silvano Petrosino, professor of Theories of Communication and Religious Anthropology and Media, entitled: "The teacher-magister and the challenge of new technologies".

The training course will take place in October and November 2024, and will consist of a series of 4 webinars to reflect on the theme: The human factor in the digital world and in school - AI and affective intelligence. The dates and names of the speakers of the meetings will be announced shortly. The initiative is organised by the Giuseppe Toniolo Institute, the founding body of Università Cattolica, the University Centre for the Social Doctrine of the Church  and the ApiS - Amore per il Sapere Association, in collaboration with other partners.
