The Family Impact Team's Goals:

1. Promote the think-family culture among policymakers and practitioners through the adoption of the FamILens for family impact analysis.
2. Continuously update the FamILens to align with real-world applications, leveraging research and intervention models developed by the Center.
3. Develop tailored versions of the FamILens for specific practices, services, and interventions (e.g., work-family balance, family mediation).
4. Implement a multi-level methodology to apply the FamILens in policy design, analysis, and evaluation.
5. Create training programs to prepare professionals to apply the FamILens in their respective fields.
