Goals

The project aims to develop a multilevel model for analyzing and assessing the family impact of policies and interventions. This model is based on the FamILens®.COM and will be validated through a participatory action research process. The project includes the following steps:

  1. The first phase will lead to the development of general guidelines for applying the model. These guidelines will be designed for Territorial Social Areas and Local Health Authority Offices (UU.LL.SS.) in their planning and coordination of the Social Services District Plan.
  2. Following this, training sessions will be conducted for personnel working in these entities. The training will help them acquire the necessary skills to implement the general guidelines, with ongoing support and guidance throughout the application process.
  3. The second phase will focus on developing specific guidelines to evaluate and redesign two initiatives by the Veneto Region:
    • "Territorial Alliances for the Family"
    • "Family Support Desk"

These initiatives are defined under Articles 21 and 22 of Regional Law No. 20 of May 28, 2020, titled "Interventions to Support Families and Birth Rates".
